What data we process
- email address
- order details: destination, data package, price, order number and order status
- payment status and the payment transaction identifier from Stripe — we do not receive or store the card number
- data needed to determine VAT: the billing country you state, country information derived from your connection address and the issuing country of your payment card

What the data is used for and on what basis
We process the data to perform the contract (delivering the order, the order status, customer support), to comply with legal obligations (bookkeeping and VAT) and, on the basis of legitimate interest, to prevent misuse and to ensure the security of the service.
Recipients of the data
In handling customer support messages, we may use external communication, hosting and AI-assisted service providers.

Payment data
Card details are given directly to Stripe and are processed in Stripe's systems. We do not see or store card numbers.
Activation details
eSIM activation details are stored encrypted, and they are shown only through a personal, order-specific link.
Retention periods
We keep the data for as long as it is needed to deliver the order, for customer support and to resolve any disputes.
Sales records required by bookkeeping and VAT obligations are kept in a separate archive for the statutory period. This archive does not contain your email address or activation details.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data about you is processed, to request the correction of inaccurate data, to request the erasure of data insofar as we have no legal obligation to keep it, and to object to processing and request its restriction.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
