QR code not working

What to do if the QR code does not work.

Try these

  1. Don't scan the QR code with the regular camera.On many phones, the eSIM is added through the settings.
  2. Use the Add eSIM function in your phone's mobile network settings.
  3. Try the manual installation details (SM-DP+ address and activation code).
  4. Make sure the QR code hasn't been used already.
