Review your order

This contract summary sets out the main elements of the service offer and helps you compare offers. You can find the complete information about the service in other documents.

Service

Mobile data for travellers (eSIM), Croatia. Daily unlimited package: 2 GB of high-speed data per day, valid for 7 days. Once the day's high-speed data has been used, the connection continues at reduced speed (500 kbit/s) until the next day. The package does not include calls or text messages, and no device is supplied.

Connection speed and remedies

Within the day's high-speed data, you use the highest speed available on the destination country's local mobile networks; after that, the speed is reduced as stated in the service description. We do not state a numerical estimated maximum speed for this package, because the network service supplier does not provide us with a verified speed estimate. We do not present an estimate we cannot justify. If we receive verified estimates, they will be published in this summary. The actual speed varies with coverage, network congestion, location, device and local network conditions. If the service does not work as agreed, you have rights under consumer protection law; contact customer support.
